U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission terminates formal inquiry

Business communication technology provider Log On America, Inc. (OTCBB: LOAX) (www.loa.com) has announced it has been notified that the investigation previously commenced by the Securities and Exchange Commission has been terminated and that no enforcement action has been recommended.

Last month, unable to meet the minimum standards set by Nasdaq, Log On America was delisted by the Nasdaq National Market. The standards include net tangible assets, shareholders’ equity and market capitalization.
