Michael A. Lee has been selected to lead the newly created Santander Real Estate Capital, a division of Santander Group’s Sovereign Bank. He brings to his role more than 30 years of banking experience, including roles at Rhode Island Hospital Trust, Bank of Boston and FleetBoston. Most recently, Lee served as head of Commercial Real Estate Workout in Sovereign’s Risk Organization. •
