Robert Minger has been named director of food and beverage, Providence, at NYLO Providence/ Warwick. He will oversee operations of the hotel’s restaurant and bar, The Loft, including menu development, staff recruitment and training. Minger has a B.A. from Rhode Island College. He has more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. •
