Gregg Giarrusso has been named senior mortgage loan officer at Citizens Bank. In his Cumberland office, Giarrusso will be responsible for mortgage program origination. He was previously the owner and operator of Oceangate Mortgage, a position he held since 1991. Giarrusso holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Babson College and is a member of the Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce. •
