Chip Young has been named senior editor of GoLocalProv.com. He joins the digital media company after working for the University of Rhode Island Graduate School of Oceanography’s Coastal Resources Center since 1996, where he most recently served as communications liaison. Young also has experience writing for a variety of national and regional newspapers and magazines. •
