Sue Midwood has been promoted from program assistant to program coordinator at Quality Partners of Rhode Island. Midwood uses her talent as a teacher with Quality Partners’ adult education work, including contracts with the R.I. Department of Education and R.I. Department of Labor & Training and Career Help for the Upwardly Mobile (CHUM-RI), an educational and occupational program designed by Quality Partners. •
