Michael Paiva has been appointed vice president and commercial loan officer at Citizens-Union Savings Bank. He will be responsible for developing new commercial loan and deposit business for the bank. Most recently, Paiva held the position of senior vice president and regional manager at Webster Bank. He holds a B.S. in finance from Boston College and an MBA from Bryant University. •
