Karen Freedman has been promoted to vice president and enterprise learning manager at FM Global. In her new role, Freedman oversees a team of more than 40 learning support professionals who are responsible for managing the training and educational needs of the company’s global work force and client base. She had a B.A. in English with a concentration in technical writing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. •
