Joe McCarthy has been named catering chef at Castle Hill & Resort. He will be responsible for the supervision of staff, scheduling, menu planning and budgeting for all catering events. Previously, McCarthy served as the catering sous chef at Castle Hill. He is a graduate of the Atlantic Culinary Academy at McIntosh College and has an A.S. in culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu School. •
