John Rafferty has been named senior vice president for business development at Narragansett Bay Insurance Company. He will be based in the company’s Pawtucket office. His recruitment is part of the expansion of Narragansett Bay Insurance. Rafferty has worked in the homeowners insurance business since 1989. He has a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Wisconsin. ̶ •
