Jonathan Marston has been named pastry chef at the Castle Hill Inn & Resort. In his new role, Marston will be responsible for the creation and implementation of seasonal desserts for brunch, lunch and dinner, as well as special events and catering. Prior to joining Castle Hill, he worked at the Canyon Ranch Resort & Spa. •
