Danielle DiVizia has been named sous chef at Trio restaurant. Prior to her new position, Divizia was a line cook and cabana supervisor at Castle Hill Inn & Resort, where she was responsible for the execution of the menu and operations of the Cabana Grille. She has a B.A. in hospitality administration and an A.S. in culinary arts from Southern New Hampshire State University. &#8226
