Jennifer Halfpenny has been named captain of client connections at North Star Marketing in North Kingstown. She previously served as vice president at Right Coast Marketing. Halfpenny is responsible for the management of direct and online marketing projects. A graduate of the University of Maine Business School, she recently earned an MBA from the University of Rhode Island.
