Gail B. Killian has been named vice president, small business development, of Bank Rhode Island. She previously had been vice president and business banking officer for Citizens Bank. In her new role, Killian focuses on integrating bank sales and marketing efforts across all business lines, and is responsible for generating small business loans and deposits for new and existing customers.
