Dennis M. Wyatt, a vice president at Citizens Bank, has been promoted to director of business banking sales strategy and support at Citizens. He was most recently regional manager in Rhode Island and led the Metro Providence region. In his new role, he is responsible for developing sales strategies and ensuring business customer satisfaction. Wyatt is also responsible for design of sales promotions and incentives for the New England Business Banking Group.
