Michele Lederberg, general counsel at Providence-based Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, has been promoted to vice president and general counsel. She oversees legal, internal audit and corporate compliance and ethics. Lederberg attended Brown University, has a juris doctorate from Boston University School of Law, and a master’s degree in public health from Boston University School of Health.
