Ted Newcomer has been appointed corporate beverage director for XO Café, Ten Prime Steak & Sushi and Big Fish restaurants. He is responsible for the beverage programs at all three Providence restaurants, including wine and spirit menu development, special events, purchasing and employee training. Newcomer developed the wine and spirits menu for Ten Prime Steak & Sushi. He played a vital role in the development of the bar concept, design and spirits menu for Big Fish. Newcomer is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University. He and his family live in Providence.
