Stephanie Primo-Simons, consumer loan sales manager at Fall River Five Cents Savings Bank, has completed studies at the Massachusetts Bankers Association School for Financial Studies at Babson College. At the bank she is responsible for the research and development of new consumer loan programs. Primo-Simons earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. She and her husband live in Dighton, Mass.
