Catherine Norton joins Quality Partners of Rhode Island Inc. as marketing communications specialist. She is responsible for assisting in the development of communication/marketing strategies, public relations efforts, Web site content and media outreach. Norton previously worked at The Robbins Company in Attleboro. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island. Norton lives in Portsmouth.
