Ken Franckling has been appointed vice president / senior editor of corporate communications at Citizens Financial Group Inc. He is responsible for producing the annual report and is a writing and editing resource for senior officers and internal and external corporate communications. Franckling joined the bank in 1993 as director of internal communication. He holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Bonaventure University. Franckling lives in Pascoag.
