Frank Mancieri has joined Attleboro-based WaypointGroupInc. as managing director. He develops new business and provides business advisory services for small business owners in Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Mancieri previously owned a business consulting practice and worked for The Robbins Company for over 20 years. He earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Bryant College. Mancieri is a resident of Cumberland.
