John M. Fogarty was named executive vice president and chief operating officer of St. Joseph Health Services of Rhode Island. He is primarily responsible for the daily operations of the organization’s two hospital campuses: Our Lady of Fatima Hospital and St. Joseph Hospital for Specialty Care. This includes the overseeing the two hospital’s clinical, patient care and physical plant activities. In addition, he will be responsible for oversight of hospital outpatient satellite programs and The St. Joseph Living Center, the organization’s living assistance facility. Fogarty earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Xavier University.
