Susan McCoy has been selected Realtor of the Year by the Newport County Board of Realtors. She is senior sales associate at Carey, Richmond & Viking and current president of the Newport Country Board of Realtors. She has been a member of the Newport Board for over 15 years. McCoy is a current member of the board of directors of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors. She holds the National Association of Realtors certified residential specialist designation and is the treasurer and volunteer for the group kitchen at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church. She is also a member of the Top of the Hill organization and secretary for the Association of Color Girls of the United States Navy. She resides in Newport with her husband Dennis.
