Richard C. Davis has been named executive director at the Pawtucket Foundation. He is to help create and develop programs designed to mobilize the resources of the private sector to encourage economic development within Pawtucket. Previously he was executive director at Intown Manchester Management, Inc., an organization responsible for the management, marketing, promotion and retail development of the downtown Manchester, New Hampshire area. Davis received his bachelor’s degree in political science from Pepperdine University and his MPA and MCRP from Harvard University.
