Irene K. Plaga has been promoted to vice president/audit at Citizens Bank. She was previously assistant vice president in the same department. She received a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from the University of Rhode Island in 1967 and a certificate of completion from the Graduate School of Savings Bank at Fairfield University in Connecticut in 1980. Plaga is active with the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) in Boston, Mass. She resides in East Greenwich.
