APC at home with Microsoft

WEST KINGSTON — American Power Conversion said last week that Microsoft has included APC’s award-winning products as part of the Microsoft Home in New York City. The home, an 8,000 square-foot loft located in New York City’s Tribeca neighborhood, has been designed to showcase how new and emerging technologies can be easily integrated into a home. Layout of the technology home includes three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, home office, recreation room technology room and patio. APC will supply power protection equipment throughout the home to keep systems up and running in the event of power disturbances. The Microsoft Home opened November 15 and showcases holiday product offerings from Microsoft and its partner companies, as well as new technologies available in the next 12 months.
