Ann Dowling has been named family support specialist at the March of Dimes Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Women & Infants Hospital. Her work will complement that of the NICU professional staff to support families in crisis throughout hospitalization and during the transition home. She has a B.S. from the University of Rhode Island.
