Messmer added, “While most recruiters now use the Internet in their own search activities, these efforts are supplemented by developing strong networks within the business community and building relationships with clients and job seekers. In addition, staffing firms can provide immediate access to candidates who have been interviewed and screened according to the company’s specific needs and culture.”
