Affiliated Insurance Managers, Inc. has hired Susana Leander as a Personal Lines Account Manager. In her new position her primary function is to provide quality service. Susana is prepared to meet the complex insurance challenges that our clients face. She has earned her Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designation, which clearly conveys her commitment to excellence in customer service and professionalism. Her current education goals include obtaining her Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation which would be achieved through a program provided by the Insurance Institutes.
She has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. “She has worked for both insurance companies and agencies; so she is an excellent liaison for our insurance partners and customers,” said Vice President, Donna Gelsomino. “Overall, she is an excellent addition to our current highly qualified staff.”
