Thomas P. Connors has been promoted to senior vice president of the employee benefits division at the Protector Group Insurance Agency. He is responsible for managing health and other employee benefit programs for existing clients and future prospects. He has been with the firm since 1991 and has helped build the employee-benefits practice to include more than 300 clients. He has a B.A. from Purdue University. •
