2 Hasbro board members to retire

KENETH A. BRONFIN and Edward M. Philip, the two longest- tenured members of Hasbro Inc.’s board of directors, will retire at the company’s annual meeting of shareholders in 2023, the Pawtucket-based toy maker announced Monday.
