David Frisina has been promoted to senior vice president at Citizens Bank. He has been with the bank since 1988, and most recently served as director of operations risk management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bryant University. In addition, Frisina is involved with a number of local advocacy groups and works with local adoption agencies to assist waiting parents. •
