Thomas D. Chase has been named vice president and chief information officer at Delta Dental of Rhode Island. Chase will oversee the insurer’s technology operations, as well as development and governance of proprietary technology. Chase has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance and technology industry, including his most recent position as executive director of operational excellence at Health Care Service Corporation. •
