Carlos A. DaCuhna has been named senior vice president of commercial banking at Webster Bank. DaCuhna previously served as regional president for Millennium BCPBank. He has a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, where he serves as a board member of the Charlton School of Business and as an advisory board member for the Accounting and Finance Department. He has an MBA from Bryant University. •
