James Roosevelt Jr. has been appointed to the board of directors at the Rhode Island Quality Institute. Roosevelt serves as president and chief executive officer of Tufts Health Plan. He joined Tufts Health Plan in 1999 as senior vice president and general counsel. Previously, Roosevelt was the associate commissioner for Retirement Policy for the Social Security Administration. •
