George Oliveira has been named executive vice president of the Investment Management and Trust Services Group at Citizens-Union Savings Bank. He will be responsible for overseeing all non-banking divisions, including investment management and trust services. He has a B.A. in business administration from Bryant College and an M.A. in business administration from Providence College. •
