Diane Dolphin has been named director of programs at Leadership Rhode Island.
She will coordinator and oversee all programs. She has 20 years of experience as a small business owner, nonprofit executive, and a consultant to nonprofit and government agencies.
She was most recently executive director of the Rhode Island Organ Donor Awareness Coalition.
Dolphin has a B.A. from Brown University.
