Robert Nagel has been named vice president, commercial lines, at Gencorp Insurance Group, a New England-wide network based in East Greenwich. A 20-year veteran of the insurance industry, he has been with Gencorp since 1997. Nagel now is responsible for the servicing of large commercial accounts and all aspects of their insurance requirements. He has a bachelor of science degree in insurance from the University of Rhode Island.
