Scott B. Wragg has joined the Providence office of Tofias PC as a shareholder in the tax group. He previously worked in the Boston office of Ernst & Young. Wragg is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants and Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. He received both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Bryant College.
