Malcolm W. Starr has joined Burns & Levinson LLP as of counsel and a member of the trusts and estates group. He most recently held the position of vice president and business development officer for the Trust and Investment Group of Citizens Bank of Rhode Island. Starr has over 25 years of experience in estate and trust administration and estate planning, as well as personal trust and investment management. He is admitted to the Rhode Island bar and is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Rhode Island and the Probate Committee of the Rhode Island Bar Association. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University and his juris doctorate from the University of Louisville School of Law.
