Maureen Chaflin has been appointed project manager for outpatient programs of Quality Partners of Rhode Island Inc. Her duties include oversight of a federally funded initiative to assist in the implementation of quality improvement programs for home health organizations, physician offices, managed care organizations and the under-served population of Rhode Island. Chaflin previously worked as manager of the maternal child health programs for Care New England Home Health in Warwick. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Salve Regina University and her master’s degree from the University of Rhode Island. Chaflin lives in Warwick.
