Sally E. Lapides has been appointed to Roger Williams University’s board of trustees. She is the president and co-founder of Residential Properties Ltd., where she oversees and strengthens the company’s brand name by securing an affiliation with Sotheby’s International Real Estate and maintaining a successful corporation relocation department. Lapides is an active member on many boards, including chair of Newport International Film Festival board, governor on Miriam Hospital’s board, chair of the board for the Global Alliance for the Immunization of AIDS and trustee of Trinity Repertory Company. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Boston University.
