Jeannine Howard has received the second annual National Elementary School Classroom Volunteer of the Year Award from Junior Achievement of Rhode Island. She has been selected from 80 nominations from more than 50 Junior Achievement areas for her dedication and outstanding performance in volunteerism. She has been a volunteer for Junior Achievement since 1996. Howard was formerly employed at Verizon. She is a resident of Rumford.
