Dan Pezold has been promoted to vice president of specialty products at Duro Industries, a textile dye and finishing company based in Fall River, Massachusetts. His responsibilities will include directing Duro’s military sales area as well as technical services and research and development efforts. He will continue to manage the company’s strategic planning and business development initiatives. Pezold was formerly employed at International Paper’s Veratec division, where he managed the apparel, specialty and automotive units, and Diaperaps of California, where he was vice president and general manager. He holds a bachelor of science in business and a master’s in business administration from Suffolk University.
