Adam J. Gwaltney has been named partner in the corporate and business group at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP. Gwaltney, who has been an associate with the firm since 2002, focuses his practice on corporate and securities laws, public and private finance, venture-capital transactions and general business law. He has a B.A. from the University of Rhode Island and a J.D. from Boston College Law School. •
