Al Grant has been named vice president and mortgage lending officer at Washington Trust in the bank’s Oaklawn Avenue branch. Grant has more than 25 years of lending and management experience, and recently was president of a local mortgage company. Grant is a director for the North Central Chamber of Commerce. He has a B.A. from the University of Rhode Island and is a certified residential mortgage specialist. •
