Allan M. Shine, president of Providence-based Winograd, Shine & Zacks P.C., has been named fellow at the American College of Bankruptcy, located in Fairfax, Va. The college honors bankruptcy professionals distinguished by their work, contributions to the administration of justice, and their integrity. Shine is one of three New England professionals to be named fellow this year. He specializes in financial reorganization matters involving State Court restructurings. Shine is a member of American Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Turnaround Management Association, and the Commercial Law League of America. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Columbia College and law degree from Columbia Law School in New York.
