Allan W. Ballou has been named CEO at B.A. Ballou & Co. Inc. He has been with the company for 20 years, serving as factory manager, director of human resources and vice president of sales and marketing, among others. He will be responsible for day-to-day operations while the company’s operations and mission undergo a strategic review. He represents the fifth generation of the Ballou family to manage the 139-year old company.
