Amy Panciera has been promoted to branch manager of Washington Trust’s McQuade’s branch in Westerly. She is responsible for growth and development of the branch and oversees retail operations. She joined the bank in 1996 as a teller at a Charlestown branch. Most recently, she was a customer sales associate for an Olde Mistick Village branch in Connecticut. She is a graduate of Quinebaug Valley Community College.
