Andrew Rogers has been named operations manager for the Westerly Community Credit Union. He will be responsible for overseeing all regulatory and administrative aspects of the several areas within deposit operations, including: electronic operations, IRA administration and ACH. Previously, Rogers served as member-service representative and most recently as systems analyst. He has a B.S. from the University of Rhode Island. •
